It is the attention to details that will give your special event that extra touch, but it is the food that will really tantalise your guests. From those intriguing snacks offered with the aperitif, to the traditional or special dinner plates, the sweetness of our own variation of four desserts through to our fantastic wedding cakes.

The wedding menu, each dish chosen by the spouses, is all prepared on the day by our kitchen staff, from the aperitif right to the final buffet that will close your wedding with a touch of tenderness.

To ensure the complete satisfaction of your guests, each dish will be followed by abundant and thorough second servings.

Selection of three Franciacorta wines (Brut, Rosé, Satèn), white Curtefranca, alcoholic drinks, fruit juices with fresh fruit, puffs, small pizzas, crostini (toasted bread) with Patanegra lard and honey, fried fish, fried prawns, snails with bacon, marinated salmon slice with butter curls, Grana cheese, salame, “olive all’ascolana”, canapés, single-dose mini-cups with salmon and sour cream, prawns with pink sauce, “Salmerino in Carpione”, octopus and polenta, fruit kebabs.
